Well we just finished up Canadian Thanksgiving and it was FABULOUS! So many yummy treats...too much turkey and mashed potatoes but totally worth it.I'm linking up with DoodleBugs for Five For Friday.1. Now that Canadian Thanksgiving is over I'm back on the diet bandwagon. The hubs and I are doing a Christmas challenge. Our goal is to eat at a deficit from now until Christmas and to work out 3 times per week. We both track our food on the app My Fitness Pal. In the ... Read the Post

When another teacher asks if it's a full moon, we all know what they mean! Moving on (with my adult beverage in hand)... As you may have read before, I started using the App "Class Dojo" this year.
