Better late than never, right?? My class decided that we would do a paperless Earth Day and so we spent some time in the computer lab creating Earth Day themed comics.  They are still works in progress as the students get to know how to use the program but the important thing for me is that my reluctant writers LOVE writing comics! So, I love the app Educreations and I thought I would share a bit about how you can use it in your classroom. It's April and surrounding towns are calling a "State of Emergency" due to the severe ice and freezing rain that we had....did I mention it's APRIL!! We are all surprised to hear that the schools were still open despite the severe weather conditions, but off I went!Half way through the day I found out my own little Munchkin's school was closed.
